Saturday May 14th from 11:30 am – 2:00 pm (2 ½ hours)
@ Bikram Hot Yoga Daly City
We will go thru each of the 26 postures and 2 breathing exercise. Opportunity to receive individual corrections and time for questions/answers. Designed to help you improve and get the most out of your personal practice.
This review session will be casual, in a non-heated room. Participants can try the postures they want or sit and listen / ask questions.
